It doesn't help regarding insomnia at all
What a waste of money and waste of hope and waste of time.I don't know for what they sell this product, it could be everything except to sleep.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT! I have insomnia since more than 3 years and this product doesn't help at all!!!!!
