Q: How to turn on lights ?

My experience with my TENMIYA unit is push the PLAY/PAUSE button on either the remote or the console face (lit up in blue) two times. But my experience is that hitting either of those buttons twice doesn’t work every time. You just have to hit the play/pause any number of times until the lights in the speakers come on. I hope this helps ya.

Q: Can this connect to a projector that has no bluetooth setting

If the projector had a 3.5mm aux. output, then yes as the speaker has a 3.5mm aux input. If it does not, then no.
