Good product. But I need feedback and help as the plant is dying

Nice healthy plant . The packaging should have been better .. as it came with scattered mud and soils around the pot .

It's was not in good quality. When I have received it, it was almost dead.

Good:1. Plants and pot were of good quality when packed2. Barring some broken branches and leaves, plants were in pretty good shape3. Packaging was well done to reduce soil spill and it almost held up wellBad:1. Delivery - The package arrived smashed, without paying attention to the orientation, resulting in the plant arriving upside down, soil all over the box and damaged plants2. Seller - I had ordered 2 of these and one arrived with good, well draining bonsai pot mix. The other was stuffed with poor quality, compacted clay soil, not meant for any plants. I will have change the soil now. Hope this one survives till then.Overall: These plants are available for ~600 rs locally and I bought these from Amazon at 500 rs a piece also saving a trip to the nursery. But I think buying locally would have been a better idea.

Extremely satisfied with delivering the plant safe and it's been a few months after purchase and I see the plant well nourished and green as promised. The plant is exactly as it's pictured. It's beautiful potted too.
