She stores one unopened one in the freezer until ready to make her measured amounts in packets. Always functions as intended with her breads doughs. So far always has come with an Excellent future expiration date. At holidays the package is easily resealable and compact for storage.

Yeast quality is excellent baking ability is above average Dough rises quickly never been disappointed with this brand been using it for years I do allot of baking I do not buy store bread I make all my own.

Es increíble el producto el pan queda súper esponjadito y no tiene un mal sabor como lo eh notado en algunas otras marcas tal vez soy muy fijada con los sabores pero esta es súper recomendada se activa súper fácil y rápido y nunca me ah dado problemas yo hago conchas y pan mexicano así que la súper recomiendo

My usual brand is Fleischmann’s but I’ve never gotten a bargain like this before! It’s made in Canada and is exactly like the small packets that cost a fortune. I put one “brick” immediately in the freezer and opened the second one to remove enough yeast for a month. (I bake all our bread myself). I put the remainder in a sealable container and froze it, as well, and will take out what I need in the future. This is a great economical deal!

I bought this yeast to flush into my septic tank to help cleanse my septic system. This is a top-grade Yeast for cooking and baking and also works well when used in septic tanks. I will be gone a trip for 8 days and will flush it into the septic system before I leave. I have always used this for when I will be out of town. Awesome product my grandmother used it in Breads, and it dissolves quickly in water.
