I like the option to make my own pills other then buying them. I use this formula when I travel. It’s the best solution I’ve found to staying regular on the road and I’ve tried several different types. It’s not a laxative it simply gets the colon working in the morning.

An important aid for normalizing and healing the bowel for both diarrhea or constipation. I usually put it in capsules because it has a strong flavor, but a small amount in water has helped for upset stomachs and minor infections too. I no longer need it regularly but don't want to be without it if I eat bad food. Be patient in adjusting the dose or while the body is breaking off old waste deposits. Drink lots of water to flush toxins.
