Great quality product

Exactly what I expect from an OtterBox product. Some of the few products that I'm willing to spend the extra money on.

Great sturdy case for the OnePlus. Case hasn't broken but the rubber sections near the volume buttons and the charging port have distorted due to use and do not lay flush with the phone anymore. Otherwise, great case and will continue to use it until it actually breaks.

Love the Otter brand cell phone protectors. They really help to make a phone last longer.

Never have I had an OtterBox case before, and I am pleasantly surprised with the durability. I've dropped my phone a few times with the case on and it holds up well. The case itself is practically scratch/scuff-proof, which is amazing.

So I got this case in 2022. It is now 2025. My phone is still going like a champ. The phone case however is not. The rubber/silicon part has stretched to the point where it will no longer keep the case together.Hey I said, Otterbox has that lifetime warranty! So I went on their website. They do not have this model phone case listed in their warranty selector. I went into their "Don't see your phone" and it takes me into a death spiral of going through the selector tool process all over again. In the selector there are only 2 models of ONE Plus phones to choose from and they are both NORD models. I submitted a warranty request 3 times through their website and have not even gotten so much as a confirmation email. When I bought this case it was 3x the cost of a cheapo version. I wanted to go with OB because they use recyled materials and have a good rep. This was a real blow to what I know about them and I am VERY disappointed. Long story short if you buy mainstream phones Otterbox is probably fine. If you buy slightly "off" brands the warranty will probably be useless to you.

Originally went with a cheaper made product and regretted it....never going back. Great product.
