Powerful fast and great customer service
The media could not be loaded. This was everything I was looking to increase acceleration to get to my max speed faster. I was able to set it go 30mph, and I tell you, this thing has quite a kick. Extremely powerful...At first I had trouble upon arrival only because I was trying to I was trying to install it myself which it is a do it your own kit. The torque is so powerful that I destroyed the dropouts on my Fork. so I had to buy a new Fork added extra washers and my torque arm is on the way. Use the torque arm!!! If you do not know what you are doing take the kit and your bike to a professional so that you do not go through the same experiences I have.Anne is the best and is always attentive to my needs. Whenever I had a problem and needed assistance she is always ready to help. Fast Response with emails and WhatsApp chats. I will be buying from NB Power again. Ride safe!

Great Kit! Works well.
We bought this kit to convert an adult sized trike into an electric trike. My son loves it, the battery life is good and it has great speed. He loves that he barely has to peddle coming up hill. Please note the battery and kit are shipped separately, so they may come at different times. Our came a week apart.

Great communication from the beginning. I was contacted to confirm the measurements of my bike and asked to send pictures. Shipment came earlier then expected, with the wheel arriving first and then the battery. The seller was awesome and provide a tire that was already assembled. The installation instructions were easy to follow, I did have to purchase a couple of tools that I didn’t know were needed, but if you work on your bike regularly you might already own. After that we were ready to ride.

We ordered 1 Electric eBike Fat Tire Conversion Kit, and 2 Torque arm-Universal also for ebike (front/rear). Both orders were shipped as described on Amazon. The overall product quality were impressive; and that is to say the least. The battery came with USB port (something we did not expect). With a USB port, we get to use the battery for much more than just cycling. The peddle-assist component of the eBike kit arrived already pre-installed. Tire was sparkling new, and of better quality.
