Wall banner requires plenty of time and patience!
Pack had everything required for a little retirement decoration. Balloons especially, were nice quality and a good size.However, the large wall hanging banner was fiddly as it had to be tied together letter by letter and after an hour, I was wishing I had bought one with wall banner already made!

Nice set of deccies. You do need to string the banner so bear that in mind, but it all looked lovely when up.
