These are by far the softest, warmest socks that I've ever worn! They don't fall down, but aren't tight either. I've had cold feet since childhood & while these socks keep my feet nice & toasty, since they're made of wool, a natural fiber, they don't make my feet hot & sweaty. Traditional wool (anything) used to be scratchy - a little to a lot - but these aren't, they're just wonderfully soft.I wear a size 11 women's shoe & there's give left in them for at least a size 12 if not larger foot, yet they're not baggy on my feet either. I'm so glad that I decided to buy 2 packages of them & I'm seriously considering buying more! I would DEFINITELY recommend these socks to everyone.
