I really appreciated their response and have updated my overall review based on the service I received. Quality of product: 4-stars, Customer Service: 5 starsThis multi-tool is a very cool and unique item that I thought my teenage son would really like. And it does have all of the tools described, however, the metal is not smooth and there are several very rough and jagged edges. It obviously is not a quality fabrication which is disappointing. I also found that it is too heavy to realistically be used as a key chain, so my son keeps it in his car's glove box for emergencies. With just a little more attention to detail, this could have been a 5-star product, but as it is, it's not quite there.

This thing has all kinds of different tools on it! And it feels heavy duty, like it would be hard to break! I plan on buying more to keep in the vehicles too!

Received as a white elephant gift. While I wouldn't use this as an everyday screwdriver, it is perfect to keep in your glove box for occasional use. Heavy duty snowflake design has a different head for pretty much anything that has a screw head on it

Used it twice and stripped 2 out, nothing hard. just working on a vacuum. Pretty sad.
