It's a leave-in conditioner. After shampooing, on towel dried hair, before any styling products. Don't rinse.

Q: Can you apply it to dry hair

My son uses it in his hair when dry. I think it has better results on damp hair. I use it as a heat protector. My hair was fried due to color processing and this product made it easy to comb.
