Used this for a blacksmith badge camp with youths 11-17. It was good and strong and didn't show wear like the 55 pound ones we also used. This one was a great buy. Yep, I would buy this again if I needed another anvil for teaching youth.

Works great. Had to knock off the edges and make a quick stand but all things you should be able to easily do if your getting into this kind of hobby. Seems to be good quality so far!

Perfect anvil for those who are looking to get into the metal arts without breaking the bank. The product comes in robust crate packaging. The painted finish is protective but best removed before use. The hardy hole is well placed and I didn't find any casting defects or rough edges. This is a functional anvil that won't break the budget.
