Single hob does the job
Bought as a temporary fix whilst usual oven /hob out of action.and it has worked well .stays hot for a while after use.so common sense handling and storage required.

It's not reliable.
It stopped working after two months. I cooked one meal today and now I want to cook another one and it's not warming up.And yesterday a small flame became visible underneath. What is going on?

Twin Hot Plate
Pretty basic hotplate. Perfectly useful, but the red light signifying heat is intermittent, which makes it easy to burn yourself or forget to turn it off.

It cooks my food very well
This is ideal for small kitchens in flats or bedsits. Also great for campervans or tents on sites with electric hookups. However, there is another great use for this small, handy hotplate which will easily fit inside a suitcase.Have you ever stayed overnight in a travel motel but arrived for check-in after their restaurant has closed? Found yourself in a motel miles from a town centre or in the middle of a business estate? After a long day, you're starving hungry and could just manage a tin of soup?Well, if there is a tin of soup and a small pan in your suitcase, then this hotplate is the prefect addition. In short, this is ideal for small kitchens, emergency use and for travelling.Ideal for professional drivers or sales reps or technicians or anyone else who stays overnight in cheap motels beside the motorway etc.Oh, and it is so cheap to buy!
