I have never seen my hairs becoming so gorgeous for such a long time in my life ! I look so healthy after taking this tablet only for 9 days . I look much happier, healthier and younger. Actually I had been very occupied for a few weeks for my works and I had locked myself in my home . I had been exhausted. Naturally my tension is up . This tablet does not bother my concentration and it says that it boosts energy by stimulating muscles so I was taking this in the morning. I had my works done successfully. I had even made mistakes to forget about The bank holiday and continued to work. But the weekend, i continued taking this tablet and i have recognised that i am more relaxed. I feel somehow more feminine than before. I have recovered my peace and happiness which is extraordinary as I actually didn’t expect it . But some people had comments about it . Some people also commented the tummy aches or waking up at night as well . I actually experienced them very beginning only lightly for my first and second time. But I thought my body is working to correct my hormones balance which might be slightly distorted by my age and lifestyle so I ignored as they were light . What I see in my photo today is extreme difference in my hairs health and my mood ! Much happier and relaxed! Thank you for sending this to me . My health is changing visibly. I also noticed that my immunity gets stronger and the healing time got faster when combined with my medication. Every one has different health conditions so I am not sure if others experience same as me but for me this tablet now plays very important roles in my life at the moment.

I'm 45 and for a few years I've noticed my hormones becoming progressively worse each month to the point that from ovulation (around 10 days after my period) I was like a different person. Extreme low mood like depression, my confidence majorly suffered, uncontrollable food cravings and extreme fatigue and excessive sleeping, all that have caused weight gain. This would often last from ovulation up until my period and then I'd be totally fine until ovulation again. These are obviously perimenopause hormonal changes due to my age. However as my hormone levels came back normal after blood tests I was just stuck on a waiting list for the women's clinic. Well thank god for these because they've changed my life! I honestly couldn't have coped like that much longer. I took them on and off for the last year but never really stuck to it. I looked back and realised my extreme lows were each time I'd fully stopped taking these. Honestly I can't recommend these enough if you're having hormone issues. I actually can't believe what a difference they've made to me and my life. I now take 2 everyday along with a few other supplements and recommend them to my friends.

These seem to be helping my Pmt. They don't help at all with the swelling/bloating. However, they do seem to have reduced the cramps and lightened the headaches. The rage of the lunatic doesn't seem much lightened.A few questions I have:1. Do I need to be taking Calcium with these?2. Would it be a problem to take 2 x Mag. OK coming up to my period? Would that reduce my symptoms further?3. Would birth control (used continuously) cancel out my Pmt, therefore no need to continue in my quest for some medication to control this terrible affliction that I suffer from 80/90% of the month?Thank you!

Since taking this product, my acne has cleared up, I have less sugar cravings the week before my period. I don’t have that horrible feeling of my body brewing a period anymore, I even forget I am due one now. Whereas before, I’d bloat, gain weight, want to eat chocolate and sugar nonstop until my period came. Feel fatigued every pre period symptom. Now, I get non of those. I forgot to take it for 2 weeks, and wow did I notice the difference in my period, skin, hair and nails. I won’t forget to do that again. It took about 3 months of taking it daily to really kick in and see the difference in my skin, periods and general anxious feelings. I have recommended this product to multiple friends. It’s something I will take forever now.

Magnesium oxide.. not my go to. Fillers also. Won’t purchase again.
