Q: Is this ok for diesel engines

I think this one is for Gasoline only, check I’m sure they do a similar product for a Diesel engine.

Q: Can this product be used with E10 fuel.

I would think it is suitable. But I have switched to using super unleaded, because it has extra additives and more efficient. E10 is bad idea, because it attacks plastics and rubbers, especially on older vehicles including garden machinery.

yea its suitable but somehow rpm goes up right after using it... you should get Lucas Oil 10020 Fuel Treatment. its far better for petrol engines for regular use. optimizes power and driving feel gets better.
