I have a B12 deficiency. Have been asked to revue. I cannot say if they are working until my next blood test. So this I will say. I am feeling fine, so they must be doing me some good. Nice and easy to take and I had next day delivery. So far so good. This is why only 3 stars. I would of made a full review after my blood test.

Once you reach a 'certain age'
Once you reach a 'certain age' I have read that Vitamin B12 is deemed an essential moderate daily intake to maintain a degree of general wellbeing......we shall see !!
