Q: I wanna start reading Tarot cards for myself but just wondering if the instruction booklet says what each card means?

The booklet is meant as a guide, you interpret the cards. It's what you see in the card that forms the reading, you have to create YOUR way of interpreting them, but, you will find that ALL good readers see the death card as new beginnings. The cards will not and can not tell of a death. I personally see each suit as a season, hair and skin colouring and each one covers emotion, finance, practical matters and medical/service (i.e. doctors, nurses, army, air force, police etc. - basically any one in a uniform.) Easiest way to learn is simply pick a card and say the first thing that comes to mind, then look at the card and see if you can add something else to it. Keep doing that until you can immediately pick a card and you have the meaning. Then begin with three cards and connect them, sometimes they will be one, two or even three separate things but once you got it you can begin doing bigger readings. Just remember - it's your interpretation that matters, not the person the designed the cards, the booklet is showing you the way they read the cards.
