Yes. Pour in tank as instruction, carry on with mixed driving using the full range of the engine. Used it in my bmw x5 30sd and it worked. i can hear the turbo whistle again, however the effects have worn off and my car is sluggish again. why?

Like most additives, they will clear a lot of residue build up, but you need to make sure the problem is cleared. In some cases an EGR that is stuck partially open can give similar symptoms.
