Q: Does this come with UK or EU power cable?

I just purchased direct from amazon (ie Dispatched from and sold by Amazon.) and they shipped it with a power cable that has both UK 3 pin and 2 pin (shaver type) of adapters, as well as a cable that can draw power from a USB socket. NB if you are going that route you'll need two free USB sockets, one to provide the power the other for the data

Q: Does this web cam work with flash

It does work with Adobe Flash and it does not come with a Flash light.

Q: does this work with microsoft teams?

Yes, I use it for Teams & Zoom.
