I love this cleanser that also gently exfoliates. I use it nightly after cleaning my eyes' makeup with micellar water, as an allover face cleanser. I enjoy the hint of mint scent, non drying effects. I had originally received a sample of this and loved it @ 1st try and bought a whole jar. Just a wonderful EWG verified skin care.3 months later update...still loving this! I'm even worried that what if they discontinue this!?! It's my favorite face cleanser of all time. I use grapeseed oil to wash off eye makeup, (quit using the micellar water) then this for an allover face cleanser. It's so good...

Doesn’t flare my MCAS! No fragrance, just smells a bit earthy. Gentle and does a wonderful job of exfoliating. My skin feels soft afterwards. I can use this daily with no issues. I was using baking soda to exfoliate before, which worked but it hurt! This is so much better.

This is such a good option for a clean non toxic exfoliant. It is easy to use and makes my face feel so soft. I just leave it in my shower and use it every 2 or 3 days. I also haven’t had any breakouts. This product is gentle on your skin.

I've been using this daily for a few months and leaves my skin SO soft with zero irritation. If you have sensitive skin, give this one a try:)

Not a bad product but the exfoliating texture quickly turns to a foam and I wish it would stay more coarse to be able to scrub the skin

I really didn't know what to expect at first when I ordered this product. I love using charcoal masks and figured might as well try charcoal powder and I am so glad I did! This comes in a nice, heavy glass bottle and it is literally powder form. I shook about a dime size out and added a few drops of water to work into a lather. I would say a small amount is all you need. I don't know if this will remove make up well so I would remove make up first, especially around your eyes prior to using this since it does state to avoid eye area. It worked into a good lather and I just cleansed my entire face in a circular motion and rinsed off. Wow! My face instantly felt clean and smooth. I know charcoal products tend to be for more oily or acne prone skin. I have combination skin myself and my face didn't feel greasy, heavy, or dry. This was instantly a hit for me! There is a slight earthy smell if you sniff directly from the tip of the bottle but I didn't smell anything when I applied product to my face. I will definitely try more products from the Well People line.

This product is nothing short of amazing.The glass container gives it a luxurious look and feel.I prefer to use it in the shower because it can be a bit messy since it is a gray powder form. Just a couple sprinkles is plenty to clean my face with. Since my hands are already wet in the shower it’s easy to rub them together and then apply to my face and rub it in.It doesn’t feel gritty whatsoever, but instead creates this buttery creamy lather that gently exfoliates my oily skin.I have some blackheads on my nose and I feel like this is helping to minimize them, but my favorite thing is that this really cuts down on the oils in my skin.This is one of my favorite skincare products I have ever used. I highly recommend it and will buy it again in the future.I love every product I’ve tried so far from this brand. Very nice!

This is my first experience with charcoal and with exfoliating powder so I don’t really have a comparison.Not sure if it is to be used to remove makeup or if I’m supposed to cleanse my face and then use this powder afterwards. It looks really strange when you first pour out black powder but after adding a little water, it does actually become sudsy. I don’t care for the smell but the listing says to use for 15 seconds then rinse. So I can tolerate the smell for 15 seconds. To be honest, I don’t really see or feel a difference after using. I think, for me, it’s a product that I will use until it’s gone but I don’t particularly need it in my daily routine.
