Q: Can you install it on your laptop & PC? Is it user friendly?

I don't see any reason you could not put it on a PC & Laptop, I only have a Laptop but have lent the DVD to a couple of friends who have installed it on there computers with no problems. As I said in my review I have had previous experience with AutoCAD before I retired, so found the program easy to use. But I would say yes its user friendly.

Q: What do you get over and above the free version you can download?

Additional furniture is included. Furthermore, free support via email, if you have questions about the product.
