Poor Product Experience and Inadequate Support
extremely disappointing experience I’ve had with my recent purchase of a Blue Star air conditioner, despite my friends advising me against it due to the brand's declining service reputation.Unfortunately, their warnings proved to be accurate. Just a day after installation, I encountered water leakage from the indoor unit. I promptly raised a complaint with the service center, but instead of sending a qualified senior technician as requested, they repeatedly sent random mechanics.Over the course of a month, I raised three separate service tickets, resulting in six visits and two parts replacements, yet the issue remained unresolved. The unit was opened and tampered with three times within this short period, which raises serious concerns about its long-term durability and performance.Ultimately, I requested the unit to be returned. However, even after two scheduled pickup attempts, the item has not been collected, and my refund is still pending. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.I expected much better support from both Blue Star and Amazon, especially when it comes to after-sales service and resolution of defective product issues. I kindly urge Amazon to expedite the return and refund process at the earliest, as my money is currently stuck and I have been left without a working product.Looking forward to prompt action on this matter.

The media could not be loaded. Extremely Disappointed with Blue Star!I purchased a Blue Star AC just 1 year and 2 months ago, and out of that, it was barely used for 3 months. Throughout the first year, no one from Blue Star ever contacted us for the free servicing, and when we finally reached out ourselves, they just cleaned the filter and claimed everything was fine.Now, just 2 months after the warranty expired, the AC stopped working. I called Blue Star service again. A technician came, wiped the filter with a cloth, and said the gas is completely empty. He quoted ₹3,500 for gas refilling and ₹600 as a service visit charge. I was shocked!I told him straight—I’d rather throw this AC in the dustbin than pay Blue Star another penny. I still paid ₹600 for just wiping the filter, which is ridiculous.I own ACs from other brands as well, and all of them have been running smoothly for 3-4 years without any major issues. Blue Star’s product quality and after-sales service are just pathetic. Would never recommend it to anyone!
