I was dubious about this when I decided to get it but figured there was no harm if it did not work out. Ultimately, it ended up feeling very nice when I used it on myself. It feels like a very light massage for the surface of my skin and muscles, one meant to loosen me up or address small aches. I would liken the feeling to someone drumming/chopping against your skin at whatever tempo you decide to use it at. I would not say that this is better than other massager options out there as it is so different. Overall, I would recommend checking it out if your interested in something out of the ordinary.
