Label says 100% microfibre and microfibre is normally polyester or polyamides (e.g. Nylon) or a mixture of the two so I would assume it contains no cotton at all, certainly the label doesn't mention it and I assume it would as people like it when things contain cotton.

No. It doesn't include pillows. This set includes 1 duvet cover + 2 pillow covers.

What size is the super king bed sheet

Super king duvet cover is 220 x 260cm, and super king fitted sheet is 180 x 200cm.
