In March of 2023, I ordered two 2lbs. bags. It's time to reorder. The price is a fraction of what you'll find in the spice rack of your local market. Great for coating salmon before baking as well as your loaf of sourdough bread. Once opened, they keep just fine in either the freezer of the fridge.

I order these a lot, but something was different about the last bag. They are always fine, but the last batch was fresher, crunchier, and more flavorful. It’s hard to stop eating them!

Good quality and packaging. Raw and hulled works great for tahini, Hummus, and garnishing. Roasted them very easily in a stainless pan.

Great brand. These guy have been hugely helpful here in these "modern toxic times" delivering whole organic foods that taste incredible. People think they know dried fruits, nuts and seeds, but most don't to this quality and preservation of taste and nutrients. These seed even started growing plants! That's a good sign.
