Great bike
This thing rips. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely checked the boxes of what others who own an ebike said. The blue is a sharp color and people at work were impressed from looks alone. One car family, so the bike folding in half helps when the wife drops me off at work- so I only have to pedal back. Almost 7 miles back and no issues. Even when I have to ride both ways, utilizing pedal assist as opposed to full throttle gets me back at the end of the day at full bars. The bike is heavy, but when you ride it doesn't feel like the thing is gonna break apart on you. Great purchase, highly recommend! If never used an ebike before, recommend getting used to factory settings before unlocking highest speed. Fast ride won't help a thing if your leg is in a cast!!

Great E-bike, Plenty of Power
Great E-bike so far. I’ve put 75 miles on it so far and have been really enjoying it. I am 6ft 3in and 300lbs so I’m a big guy and this Bike has plenty of power on tap. How fast can it go with me? I’ve had this bike up to 38mph downhill and it goes around 26-28mph on level ground with throttle. After riding 15 miles with some pedaling, I’m still able to go 25mph or so and have 3-4 bars of battery left. Bike is fairly quiet but can definitely hear the motor. The tires it comes with are not puncture resistant so had to replace a tube after 50 miles. This is a pretty tall bike, my wife who is 5ft 2in can barely touch the ground with the seat all the way down and doesn’t feel confident on it. Assembly took about an hour and wasn’t overly complex, the hardest part was lifting the bike out of the box by myself and installing the front tire. The hinge is very hard to fold and unfold not gonna lie but I rarely unfold it. I tried to fold it and put it in the trunk once and let me tell you, it ain’t worth it fam. I hurt my back pretty bad that day. Buy a bike carrier for your vehicle and you will thank yourself.

LETS GO!!!!! These are AWESOME!!!!!
After a TON of research on these bikes we decided to go for it! They are fastastic! Easy to assemble! The battery seems to be holding steady as we are peddeling consistenlty as well. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!! The color we ordered was out of stock and the straight away contacted us and got another color shipped asap! Do your own research to make sure you are getting what you want out of a e-bike but we HIGHLY recommned this brand!!! Bike on!!

Good bike, lots of fun, some minor points to consider.
This is a good bike for the price. The speed claims are correct. With throttle I can reach 29 mph. In pedal assist I reach up to 32 mph.A few things to consider are:The pedals hit the ground when turning. For example, I cannot pedal around corners! This would be a major inconvenience if I had no more battery power. The throttle is half the handle. In city commuting it actually gets tiring. I bought a thumb attachment to alleviate this. The key is underneath the frame. Just a strange place to put the key. Anything (lanyard, key chain, etc.) just hangs there. The brakes are ok, but it is a heavy bike, so in-town commuting with stop and go riding gets tiring. Some re-gen would not only help extend the range, but would take some pressure off the brakes as well.Posted range is probably calculated on unlocked speeds. At the 29ish MPH, and full throttle (both PA and throttle only) range is probably probably closer to 25 miles.

Needs a Better instruction video or manual but most of it comes put together
I’ve had it 2 weeks and I’m very satisfied with the bike the release lever for the handle bars is welded on wrong place from the pictures it shows the quick release parallel with the forks mine is at like 2 o’clock almost on side and the video they give you to put together is not the Jasion hunter bike but it’s basically the same concept the placement of the quick release lever for handle bars the me off but cause like I said it’s was placed in the wrong spot and I don’t like that the key goes underneath the bike I’m afraid the keys going to fall out it the shocks and the brakes are squeaky otherwise it’s a great bike for the price I’ve had 3 e-bikes the hunter x was the cheapest and best looking

Hills, stems, and more.
Brakes are a little squeaky and mine arrived slightly less assembled than it was supposed to be. I had to attach them stem to the bike which you can’t do without unscrewing a screw and removing a metal piece. They didn’t say anything about it in the instructions. It also handles a pretty long, steep hill which I was worried about. However, unless you want to be going 5 mph, you’ll need to peddle up hill. When I ride it up the long, steep hill, I’m sweating a bit and my legs are sore, but it’s possible to get all the way up at 20 mph which would be impossible with a non-electric bike.I liked that it came with the little shelf thing on the back and the mud guards - the same items that are offered as free add-ons on their site.FYI that it’s larger than expected. And heavy. I wouldn’t want to use it without the electrical assist.Got the dark metallic blue. It looks good (but I’d love if they did a matte version). Also, you can change the settings easily to make the top speed higher. Going 35+ downhill really feels like a motorcycle.

Disappointed
During the FIRST ride the back end of the right pedal broke off (this is roughly a 70 lbs. bike and the thought that such little wear can brake one of it's components is surprising). Upon inspecting the partially fractured pedal, it had become completely loose and would no longer securely align with the crank's threading.I reported the experience to customer service and requested a shipping label to return the bike. But their daily canned response was that they would resend new parts. Well I wasn't requesting replacement parts and had provided pictures of each defective piece, including evidence the odometer was under 10 miles (which is what they specifically requested to be eligible for a return). As the return by end date was quickly approaching and it was evident the seller would not provide a return label, I personally paid to ship it back.
