Stoped working after 30 mins.
Very very disappointed with this item it stoped working after 30 mins and wasn’t used that much in this time frame. We tried to change batteries to find that they are not the usual type you can purchase in a local shop they are not the kind you have in the cupboard at home. I read through the description on Amazon and it didn’t not say about the batteries. It’s very upsetting for a child not to be able to use a Christmas gift that they asked Santa for. I’m assuming it’s the battery and not the tactile furby itself?! No way of telling right now. If I want to change it for an exchange the product is saying it’s going to be 7 moths to swap it!!!!! NOT GOOD ENOGH AMAZON! If you say it’s a 3rd party then shame on you for allowing these companies to sell on your site who can’t sell products that work and then cannot deal with demand to exchange or refunds take up to a month when they take the money in seconds of ordering same as Amazon it’s self.So basically we are stuck with a toy we can’t use right now and I have to wait for delivery if special batteries that will cost me extra money for product I don’t even know if it’s faulty or not. Don’t buy from here Buy from a toy shop in a town .
