The Lifepro Nordic Curl workout bench is easy to set up and use, the bench has a nice cushion and it's pretty compact & sturdy. We love that it has wheels to move it around and think this is really going to help round out our home gym. I've been using this for a couple of years. I'm finally getting around to writing a review. This is an inexpensive product. But it's good enough. It does what it's supposed to do. And it's durable. You can buy better, higher quality (mostly, that means heavier) product but you won't get any faster gains from using it, so don't waste your money. Buy this one, it's good enough.

Easy to build. Sturdy. Comfortable. Only problem is it’s 2-3ft too short. The lack of 2-3ft makes it so you’ll need to buy something to catch your upper body and a weight on the back to hold the balance. ( if you can do a full Nordic )

WOW!!! My Hamstrings have Never Felt like this Before --- 1st --- this Machine for the Money 💰 is Well Built and Sturdy --- took about 20 minutes and was simple to put together.2nd --- Now for the Workout and Getting Used to it --- YouTube gave me some very Good & Helpful Ideas on how to help to Safely Build up Strength 💪 in your Hammmies if you're a Newbie like me. This Excercise will Completely Change and Strengthen Your Hamstrings like Nothing Else.As you can see by my pictures --- I chose to use a Dip Belt across my Chest and Connect with Bands on my Back to Help with Both the Eccentric and Concentric Phases of the Nordic Hamstring Curl.Got the idea to use my Dumbell Drop Pads (to avoid the fear of face planting) from a YouTube Video showing a machine that you could change the elevation as you get stronger.There are Nicer and Larger But Pricier Machines but with my Limited Space and Budget the Lifepro Nordic Curl Hamstring Machine is Perfect 👌 for Me --- Two Thumbs Up 👍 👍 --- Highly Recommend the Product and the Fast Shipping.*******Edit******* After a Couple of Weeks and Watching more Videos of more $$$ Expensive Nordic Machines, I've Ditched the Bands for Just Changing the Elevation of my Machine by using "Drop Pads" (see the 2 New Added Pictures)...Just Now!!! Started Using the Incline and the Stability of my Total Gym and the Padding of 1 Drop Pad ---- Really like This due to the Precise Degrees of Elevation/Slope from 26 Degrees to 6 Degees --- Comparable to the more $$$ Expensive Nordic Machines...By Doing this it has Really Added More Intensity to my Hamstrings without Sacrificing Safety --- Just Love this Nordic Hamstring Machine. 😎

I was disappointed with the product. All of the parts were not included, so I could assemble. It also did not appear to be very sturdy.

Expensive but awesome

Wow…this little bench is hefty! It’s very solidly built. Easy to put together and easy to use. It comes with a wall mounting bar, but it’s heavy enough that I wouldn’t want to mess with lifting it up and down regularly (female over 50).

I love the length (have a home gym-limited space), and it is solid! I was a bit worried when i opened the product as so many parts to assemble and i was a bit disappointed and may regret that choice down the road but after reading instructions carefully,was able to assemble it as the materials was the best (soft "cushion") but this bench is the real deal. Every bit as solid as the old school flat bench i had . I like the leg levelers too. Even my 15 year old is loving the hamstring workout.Padding is nice and thick and very soft. Win win on this one for sure!
