Good, and effortless moping , battery charge is sufficient for 1000 to 1200 sq ft, charging takes more time, water tank capacity is very poor.Overall good product

Worked very well. Suggest that heavy duty scrubbers also be given along with cloth mop for better cleaning.The negative point was that it stopped working in less then a month. Replacement was given and the after sales service was polite and genuine.

I had an issue with my product, it stopped turning on even if there is full charge. I have raised a complaint with the customer care and within two days I have got may replacement. Even though I dont have a very good opinion on the mopping capability of the product, I will give 5 star for thier after sales service.

Good for moping tiles and wooden floor

This is a good product and works well. The response to the repair request was positive but delayed — it should have been quicker.Additionally, if the charging mechanism could be made dock-based, it would make the usage much easier and more convenient.Thank you, Team Agora!
