Excellent cover better then expected, good quality

I did everything as read in the instructions, but the fingerprint reader does not working.looks like this screen fingerprint reader not the best at the phones. I tried another product that is works but always says cover all reader or doesn't match. So this product (and others) works fine without full cover for me, and the customer service is great.

There was no explanation to how to use the product. I found it eventually (thank you YouTube).Great product. My phone is superbly protected. It doesn't make the phone big to handle. The finger recognition works very well. All the buttons are easily reachable. I love the small folding bar at the back to keep the phone upright to watch programmes etc without having to hold the phone. Loving this product. Recommended.

Doesn't read my finger print at allWaste of money

I bought this for my Samsun S24 ultra, and it's is a great case, robust, and everything worked . However I changed network and had to put in a new sim card. I very carefully removed the old case, cleaned the screen, and put the case back on. But fingerprint recognition wouldn't work. Took the case off again and tested my fingerprint on the phone, worked perfectly. Cleaned the screen, again, and reinstalled the case. And it still wouldn’t work. Tried reinstalling a new fingerprint on the phone but it wouldn’t let me. It appears that the case screen makes contact to the phone screen fingerprint sensor with a sticky patch, but if you remove it, it's not so sticky and doesn't make adequate contact for the fingerprint sensor to work. So now I’m stuck having to put my access code in every time I want to use my phone. That is until I get a new case.UpdateFollowing my review the company contacted me and apologised for the inconvenience caused, and offered a full refund. I accepted their offer and the money arrived into my account today. The fingerprint sensor still doesn’t work, but in every other respect it remains a strong and robust case and works as it should, and I am very happy with it. For the excellent customer service and the fact that I have had longer to get used to the case and actually quite lke it, I have put my overall rating up to 3.

Hesitated to buy it at first. But when I received the case. It's well made. A lot better than i thought. Finger print works well. I highly recommend this item.

The case itself is sturdy, and does a good job with regards to protection. What isn't immediately apparent is that as opposed to a capacitive hard screen, it's more like a film with a visible hole for the fingerprint built into the top piece of the casing. The camera protection lenses that come with it are poor, I followed the instructions to a tee and almost immediately they started to fog. So I took them straight off. The fingerprint part of the top screen is hit and miss with regards to being able to access the phone with it. Aesthetically, the top screen that goes over the phone looks pretty cheap when the phone is held at an angle. It isn't a crisp look as you'd get with a solid capacitive screen. I don't think it would offer very much in the way of real protection either. 2 out of 5 stars, and that's mostly the rear case.
