Q: Will this kill squash borer larva?

No. Not really. The beat bet is to manually cut them out the minute you see the dust from their entrance. Then mound the affected area with dirt and the plant will re root. This is only effective if you get it early. Try diatomaceous earth sprinkles around the plant base as a future preventative

Q: Is this a concentrate, or use as is?

This is an 8 oz concentrate. There are both ready to use and ready to spray items available

Q: Will this kill cucumber beetles?

I shouldn't think so. I have used this product on wire grass (Bermuda grass) with great results but don't think it has the chemical properties to kill insects or other grasses.

Q: Can this be used indoors?

This is the active ingredient (Spinosad) that is in most flea pills for cats and dogs. I do not think it is actually a poison. I would do research on the other ingredients and if they are non toxic I would venture to say yes.
