This pre workout is my FAVORITE pre workout. I love the fresh, citrusy flavor because it is not sweet at all and you don’t get sick of the flavor after 3 or 4 sips. My energy kicks in about 20 mins after I drink it and I don’t feel jittery. I feel energized and motivated to workout and it helps me push through. The powder is finely milled, easy to mix. Great price for a great product.

I really love how the product makes me feel… It delivers a nice boost of energy without making me feel intense or jittery. But I have struggled to find the right flavor. The Concord Grape tastes great, but it has lots of blue/red dye and stains plastic cups purple. The new citrus spritz is clear in color (great) but tastes a lot like grapefruit. I was hoping for a orange/lemon flavor. And don’t get me started on the stupid tiny scoop they place inside the half empty container. It gets lost in the powder. I tape the scoop to the outside of the container (see photo of grape flavor).

This flavor is delicious! I'm using this formula instead of drinking carbonated sugar free energy drinks and it is helping me feel so much more stable with my energy and overall better. Great product- highly recommend.

I've been using ON Amino Energy drink in various flavors for about three years now. Works really well to keep me alerts and attentive during the work dayTwo issues though. You've shrunk the size of the scoop by about 50% (I assume it's a cost cutting measure, because it isn't a question of fitting in the container) and now I have to go digging around for it more so than the bigger scoop. Now I have powder on my heads and counterSecond, what's with the super duper difficult lid to get off? I've worked with my hands for years so I'm not weak, but I actually sliced my fingertips on the lid trying to unscrew a brand new container.

Nice pre-workout with less caffeine and stimulants than most, which is exactly what I wanted. Nice amount of BCAA's and natural caffeine.

Gave me major migraine and felt no more energy or clarity than usual. I also had weird after taste. Waste of money.

The name of this "flavor" should be "Grapefruit", not "Citrus Spritz". It tastes exactly like Grapefruit, which I don't care for. Everything else about it is fine, just the name of the flavor is misleading.
