I’ve been using the device happily, especially since it’s been very helpful for my Ragdoll, he really enjoys grooming time! My British Shorthair girl, on the other hand, isn’t quite as enthusiastic :) The device is quiet and very convenient to use, thanks to being battery powered. The only downside is that the metal parts of the brush weak and could use some improvement, but overall, it’s a very good device.After a couple of months of use, I encountered an issue and reached out to Oneisall’s customer service. They were very helpful, special thanks to Sue, who responded quickly and provided an effective solution.

Amazing. Does it's job nicely. I've only used it once so far though so let's see how long it lasts :)

It has more gadgets and was good value for money. I have a white British shorthair and she has tthick hair U used it in on her and she lived The noise level is acceptable and does have kuads if accessories.

Brilliant product!Its not loud so the dogs don't mind it all, has made this shedding season much easier to deal with.The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is I wish you could have a choice of attachments. I would much rather prefer the grooming brush over the nail file. The only item the dogs cant stand is the nail file, I think its the vibration against their feet.Would also be nice if there was a option to use it while plugged in as well.

This unit is better than I had expected! It's early days but so far, everything about it is good.It arrived well packaged with all the items neatly placed. As well as the grooming brush there are clippers, guides and a nail grinder. The charger and lead are also included.Our dog, a German Shepherd, is a little nervous but using the first setting (lowest speed) on the vacuum doesn't disturb her at all. She does occasionally flinch and that may be as she does not have a long coat or she may just be slightly melodramatic. Whatever the case, I always brush her gently and give her treats afterwards.The unit removes a good deal of loose fur and the retrieval system in the brush works really well.The only time I needed to increase the vacuum speed was when I was grooming her rear end and the brush collected a lot of fur very quickly. The system was still able to pull it back into the collection tub though.Being a GSD, she is pretty much permanently moulting and so I brush her just about every other day. It's certainly reduced the amount of fur she leaves around the house and on our clothes. Hopefully, the unit will continue to work for the long term but so far, I'm very happy with it.

Came well packaged. The unit charges via usb cable supplied which seems to take 4ever. I've used clipper on my yorkies belly she wasn't impressed but tolerated it. Wow the hair just sucks away. The clippers pull v slightly so have to go reasonably slowly. My main use is for my v timid jack Russell. Who is moulting for the umpteenth time this year. He didn't mind the noise of the hoover and though the shedding tool is a little on the spiky side, tolerated it quite well as he is scrawny as old. He now comes to b hoovered for a timid dog v impressed by how quite it is. The hose just twists on. It's got wire or hardened plastic running around inside to keep hose from flattening ensuring good suction. The bin is so easy to lift off and empty. I love this bit of kit. I was hoovering 2-3x daily now need only hoover 1x. The tools all come in individual plastic bags n a set of clipper combs. And a larger cloth sack is provided to keep all the units tools in. I keep the shedding tool permanently attached n hoover my dog in the morning n night. I cant use shedding tool on my yorkie 1 she don't need hoovering and 2 she is delicate and I have a pin brush that has kinder ends. I saw this type of unit being used on you tube but was too pricey to start with. Got in flash sale a bargain so win win.

This actually works well and virtually no mess when grooming the dog. The clippers work well too and it makes it much easier and quicker to do. There are way too many attachments - some I cannot work out what they are for but hey it does the job well. Easy to store, and very lightweight, the accessories fit into a separate bag (supplied). The drying also is excellent and with the variable speed its good to reduce the noise with nervous dogs. Well recommended :-)

The media could not be loaded. Perhaps I have a defective one or it’s user error. As you can see from the video, I couldn’t get any suction to whisk the fur away, I even fully charged the clippers and the vacuum part the day before, even though they did come with some charge. As per the video, the vacuum suction is on full power but not one bit of hair made it to the main compartment.I did make 2 videos, but am only allowed to upload 1, where I tried to help the hair down by pushing it further down into the clipper with my finger tip, hoping to try to catch a little more suction power, but it didn’t work. I disassembled the parts and assembled again incase I had misaligned anything, didn’t make any difference.Unfortunately this will have to be returned, which is hassle as I have to repack it and it’s quite a big box. This would have been my 4th clippers from this company, the most expensive and yet the one that didn’t work. Shame
