Is it two layers of items or are all items in the one layer?

To me, this is one layer. Pretzels are one stacked on the other. I read two layers as either two trays, or separation of layers. This is one tray that does not state the total weight anywhere. Great chocolate though.

How do i contact this seller

I ordered for my Mother on Mother's Day and they never shipped. Now I can't cancel, can't leave a review and there is no contact info. Do not buy from this seller!!
