This is the brand to buy from. My sons ride these hard and they crashed and a brake handle broke. Without going through all the struggles they immediately honored the warranty and are sending me a replacement part.Gonna be buying from these guys whenever we get electric mobility.Thank you!

My son loves this scooter. It has a headlight and tail lights which makes it cool to ride at night. Speed is awesome! Very durable. Long lasting battery

iScooter scooters always have technical difficulties and their customer service is impossible to deal with. They always respond to your emails at a rate of one mail per day or every two days and their contact never goes through. DO NOT BUY. IT WONT SERVE YOU FOR UP TO A YEAR. I got the i8L last year August, but in January it developed issues. I fixed it, based it down to someone else and on 29th of May this year got the i9M, just for me to use it yesterday and it starts showing an E15 error, brand new device already developing issues. I contacted their line and it said “no one available at the moment”, I emailed them and they didn’t respond until almost 2 days later just for them to send me a video on how to fix it, but the videos they always send is never the model that you have which they show you a tutorial on. Very annoying company. I’m never buying from here again. And to make matters even funny they sent me a scooter with a kickstand too short for it.

I own 2 Segway scooters that I love but didn't want to pay that high price for the grandkids. They are 9 and 10. Weights are 100# &110#.These scooters have great pick up and the batteries last a good while. I take my Segway and they trail behind me. Their batteries don't compete with the Segway but since the price of these scooters are 1/4 the cost of a Segway... it's an amazing value for the price. We usually go about 6 miles and they still have little battery left. I can't speak for longevity just yet. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This purchase was great at first but we dealt with challenges. 1. The tire flat replacement is difficult to do and not user-friendly to repair. It created challenges and the screws are weak items. 2. In repairing the tire the main cable wire that runs down to the tire is susceptible to bending and becoming weak, causing the cables to bend and break. I requested warranty repair and followed the directions to submit a claim for replacement and repair but have yet to receive further directions from the company. So disappointed with this. We bought this item for our son in college out of state and he was so frustrating for him. We ended up purchasing a different scooter with hard wheels that do not pop and have had issues with that one as well. This item has easy foldability and is light. I enjoyed the power and battery life of this product but the hassle to repair it and not receiving any feedback from the company about the warranty claim I filed is disappointing.Review Posting Update- The Company reached out and helped me with the repairs/replacement of my Iscooter. The replacement was great and it working well. Thank you for the follow up and support provided.

My son absolutely loves this scooter. Not too fast and great range on a charge. It is bigger, do not recommend for kids under 10.

I bought this for my grandson and oh my God it is the best thing I’ve purchased for him so far his friend had one that I don’t know where he bought it from but he paid $400 for it and it doesn’t go as fast as his it’s not as nice as his and it looks really old but anyways, yeah thank you.
