Great electric bike for my teen son
I bought this bike for my teen son and he loves it. It takes a little while to put together, but my son and I were able to do it alone. I have had a couple of questions about the bike and parts since we purchased and customer service always gets back to me within 24 hours. I’m not sure how this bike compares to others, since this was our first one, but my son has been very happy with it.

Deal with a US based company
Not a year old. The bike is not bad but the company is terrible. My X24 was sent without a nut for the front tire. When I emailed them it took a month to get a response, so the bike sat useless. I could have bought one but was afraid it would void the warranty since it wasn't their part. When they did get back to me they told me to go buy one. They did give me a $10 refund. Then the kickstand broke and that took forever to get to me...and it was the wrong one, had to buy one myself rather than deal with them (they bank on that). Then the cover for the charging port broke and they told me it was used too much and not covered. Really??? it can't be used without charging it and they wanted me to pay $18 for shipping a part that weighs 1/4 ounce! The mounting bracket for the kickstand has a stress crack that will fail and they completely ignore that issue as well as the fact that there were no reflectors on the wheels when delivered. Now the horn stopped working and they don't respond to me at all. They have NO parts in the US and take forever if you want them, plus laws are changing that will affect the use of the bike in some cities ( horn, turn signals). They say it has a one year warranty but being a China based company, you have no recourse and it is useless. As with a few companies I have dealt with, they ignore you until the useless warranty is up just to cover themselves.
