Why is the cost so much? Can get it cheaper at Sams and still delivered? Prices used to be competitive.

The 24 pack price doubled in just one month and Amazon also discontinued automatic shipping. The 15 pack is still reasonably priced and has a monthly subscription option - Just purchase two 15 packs for a substantial cost savings over the recent price hike for the 24 pack.

Does it come in that box for every order?

They have definitely changed their packaging and how well they (Amazon) used to pack things so they wouldn't get damaged. My last 2 orders of Monster had damaged cans... the cases were put into an Amazon box that was too large, and the plastic bubble pillows were just thrown on top. A complete waste! No corner protection whatsoever. As with most of the orders I get from Amazon warehouses and deliver by Amazon, I have noticed a HUGE difference in the care that is taken on packaging and delivery. My last 3 orders from them were a complete joke of packing. My 5 yr old could have done better. No packing material, loose products strewn about, completely OPEN boxes, etc. They are definitely getting too big for the service they provide, which started out perfectly. Now, they just don't seem to give a damn!
