One of the best mild flavored olive oils available. I use it for everything including cooking. It's smooth, buttery, and a bit fruity. I've purchased it multiple times and it's always consistent.If you are looking for a bold tasting olive oil, the best is Paesano Organic Unfiltered. It has hints of pepper and grass that you won't find in the Partanna. It's less versatile but I keep both on my shelf.TLDR: I highly recommend. Versatile. Mild.
