Wanted to cleans my digestive system and reduce bloating. The product claims to do both but I didn't experience ANY tangible results for either condition.

They are certainly helping me maintain a lower blood sugar and not as horrible as drinking the vinegar. That is rough but I do it.

The first time i used these, i experienced some diarrhea the first day. After that, no other issues. I have taken one pill at night before bed. Check my weight, and the scale shows a decrease each morning of about 1/2lb. One day I skipped taking the pill before bedtime, and the scale showed me gaining 2lbs overnight. I do practice a low carb/keto diet with intermittent fasting and exercise. Prior to the ACV pills, I was losing inches, but the scale was barely budging. It is a good buy.
