We had a severe cockroach infestation for 10 years and we spent thousands of rupees on pest control treatments and other repellents, nothing worked! Until my neighbor recommended Topbait, used it for 2 weeks every alternate night and there have been 0 cockroaches since! Best product if you have a roach problem.P.S - not sure if it’s animal safe. Pet parents please be careful.

Though it is a bit costly compared to other products in the market but its worth buying as it serves the purpose in the most effective way.We were literally haunted by the menace created by the cockroaches for past 3-4 months & it was ever increasing.As we have asthma patients in the house , using spray was out of question.Then we came across this product & ordered the same to try our luck.We applied almost 20% of the tube , as advised, throughout the house.We were surprised to find that within 30 hrs of applying all 20 some cockroaches of all sizes were down.We thank the manufactures & the marketers to make such a wonderful product available.Now, my home is corhroach free after 8 months.

Really worked well, no roaches seen from last 35 days

Product is very nice . little bit expensive but overall result is good now. result started with in 12 hrs . nice product.

No effect at all, worst product

This is very effective for controlling the cockroaches in home, with industrial grade.Even very effective on small ones which usually escapes. I’m writing this review after 2 months of usage. Till now I don’t see any live cockroaches:) and I used only 40% of the product one time. So very effective and planning to repeat every 3-four months to avoid any relapse.

Does the work but need to reuse again n again.

I earlier used to have the kitchen and the adjoining utility area sprayed by pest control folks with no respite from roaches as their life-cycle will come full-circle at the end of 3-4 months. Its been 6 months after having applied this and I do not feel the need to call for pest control.Having said this I still see an occasional roach here and there in the kitchen and which we leave it to the nature to dispose off. The real power of this gel is to eliminate roaches as a long term solution without the need to either spray regularly from a can or having to call for professional services. Which means it may take up-to 2-3 weeks to fully realize its potential.I also apply this every 2 months at the same corners around the house to counter for the gel getting dry, especially during summer season.On cost effectiveness, I was spending INR 2500+ annually (kitchen and utility) through professional services, which has cut down to just a singe tube annually (INR 700). That's a third of the cost at the very least!
