Proof is in the lab work. I take (1) a day to cut the IU in half to 5,000 and in four months have taken my Vit D levels from low to normal range. Happy to see it on paper but also happy to be feeling better overall. If you were skeptical, it's legit.

Vitamin D3 5000 is a natural hormone and must be taken with 100 mg of K2.10,000 iu's of of D3 should have 200 mg of K2 though.I purchased this brand because it has 500 mg of Vitamin Magnesium Glycinate.Magnesium Glycinate is absorbed at 80% or more into the body.I'm hoping they up the K2 mk7 with 200 mg though.Great value and fast delivery!

I haven’t taken long enough for me to write a review. However, you can swallow easily, there is no sticky residue.
