⭐☆☆☆☆ Not reliable for use in India – Major issues with support and connectivityI purchased the W WinBridge S96 25W Bluetooth Voice Amplifier with high hopes for classroom use, but the experience has been disappointing.No Service Center in India: There is absolutely no official service support in India. This means that if anything goes wrong with the product, the warranty becomes useless. You cannot get it repaired or replaced locally, and shipping it abroad for service is not practical.Cross-Connection Problem: When used near another WinBridge device (even a different model), the wireless microphones automatically connect to the wrong speaker. This makes it impossible to use two systems in nearby classrooms, as voices cross over between rooms. This is a serious design flaw.For a device marketed for professional use (especially by teachers), these issues make the S96 unreliable and unfit for shared environments. I cannot recommend it to others in India until proper customer support and frequency control features are provided.
