Purchased this for our son as a gift. The item is a great value for the price. He uses it everyday, the notebook quality is superior as it has a reflective component and has helped him to reflect on his emotions during a difficult emotional time in his life. It has become an everyday part of his day and is a very relaxing tool to help him unwind after a long day after work. A great tool to express himself and so personal especially when he chooses to use this to guide his thoughts. The appearance and texture of the journal are quality.

Love the hard cover! It is super high quality quality. Its nice to write on these pages because of the paper material. It has good prompts inside!

I love that it includes personal questions about yourself as well as more philosophical questions for you to answer. It does teach you more about yourself than you thought. It also teaches discipline to force yourself you use it everyday. I’ve had it for a month and a half and have been loving it since day 1. Depending on how you answer the questions you sometimes end up repeating yourself in future questions but that’s okay. Overall, it does a great job in variety of questions so far!! The book itself also has a great quality cover and pages that aren’t see through so you can actually write in pen plus you have plenty of writing space that you could honestly reuse the book the following year to see the difference in your answers.
