Our Pit loves them!!
We are on our third one in 2 years for our Pitbull Terrier. She’s an extremely aggressive chewer and will shred even the most “durable” labeled toys. She gets bored with rope style toys and always alternates to this Kong rubber bone. She will gnaw on this thing for hours. After a few days of use, it does start to show wear and the rubber begins splitting, but we haven’t had to be concerned about chunks or anything like that coming off and choking her. Keeps her teeth nice and shiny while keeping her occupied for hours. When one wears out, we just order a new one. I hate spending big money on dog toys, but these are more affordable and worth the cost!!

Durable Chew Toy with a Fun Design
The KONG CoreStrength Bow Tie Bone is a playful and sturdy chew toy made to keep dogs busy. Its unique bow tie bone shape makes it easy for dogs to grab and carry, while the reinforced core is built to handle strong chewing. The textured surface not only adds interest but also helps clean teeth and gums during play. It’s tough enough for moderate to heavy chewers and works well for fetch, solo chewing, or tug games. While no toy is completely indestructible, this one holds up longer than many softer toys and gives dogs plenty of chewing satisfaction. Some very aggressive chewers may eventually wear it down, but most dogs will get a lot of use out of it.Pros: The reinforced core makes it more durable than average toys, the textured design supports dental health, and the shape adds variety and fun.Cons: Very heavy chewers may still break it down over time, the toy is fairly heavy for small breeds, and it isn’t designed to bounce or fly like other KONG toys.A strong and engaging chew toy that combines durability with a fun shape. It’s a smart choice for dogs who love to chew and play while also supporting healthier teeth and gums.

Destroyed in an hour
It was chewed in half within an hour. Disappointed in this kong product. I have found that the green and blue toys are always destroyed within a few hours and the soonest within one hour. Any Kong toy with edges is easily destroyed. We have had a American Bull Dog, Great Dane, Lab Mix and new a Bully and have found this to be a true statement. The vet said to take away the hard bones because they are causing fractures on the Bullys teeth. We have a basket full of all different Kong toys, but how many treats and how much dog food can you feed your pup. I forgot to mention he eats everything he can get ahold of. Rubber toys have stayed in his stomach for 4 days and then throws it up. Yes, that includes sticks, blankets, shoes, anything he can get ahold of, but thankfully no rocks yet. He will be 2 on March 9th. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Works for a Malinois (often called "Malagators) for their strong jaws
large dog that can destroy chew toys in a day. this one lasts about a month. Definitely saves on teeth cleaning at the vet - maybe once every 3-4 years. He can chew off pieces of the toy, but spits them out and does not ingest them

Cane corso puppy approved - for three weeks
We have two Caine Corso puppies that are going through their chewing phases. Nothing lasts long for them. These bones did last almost three weeks so that was a significant improvement from the day or two it has taken them to dip apart other toys or bones. The only thing I didn’t like was the green rubber/plastic coating will get chewed off and I get nervous the puppies will swallow it. They are notorious for hiding things in their droopy lips and we often have to go fishing to pull the particles out of their mouths. That is when we will toss the toy as it’s not worth the headache of the small chewed up pieces. For a comparison, the puppies just turned five months and they are about 45-48 pounds each. Since the original purchase have bought these bones three more times.

Perfect for my chihuahua mix
This is my puppy’s favorite chew. It’s a little bigger than his others so he’ll be able to chew on it forever. The texture is unique being more pseudo rubbery than just hard plastic. It is hard and doesn’t flex and has different ridge textures for stimulation. All in all it’s the same great quality you’d expect from Kong, which is why I purchased it.

Destroyed in 8 days
I bought this 8 days ago and this is all that’s left. I’ll be finding the tiny chewed up pieces for months. Don’t love the tiny shards of black plastic underneath the rubber.
