It might be the best outer earphone in the market, even beating more expensive onesThe fit is amazing as I have small ears I put it on the smallest setting at that fits perfectly, and a feature that I didn’t expect is with the phone app you can use it for live translations (need to have the app open) which is a new feature they added with an update, always remember to download the app and get the latest firmware update

Ankr - fix your QC process!!!!

Great product whe it works. The right earbud stopped working after two months. I had the same experience with the X20 as well. Raised a warranty claim but the process is cumbersome - you need to physically visit the store and raise the request in Bur dubai. Defeats the whole purpose of convenience. If it was noon, they would've managed the warranty from your doorstep!!! Amazon????
