Have only used once since purchasing. It worked great, the wax beads that come with it worked really well and melted easy. Wax did not get too hot and removed hair effectively when applied. I use it on my bikini area, it comes with a pre spray and after spray. Left no irritation and I have sensitive skin.

I’ve never really used another wax kit before.So for my first time using , the wax sticks and gets all the hair really great. It’s a good price too for the kit.However, I think this deserves 4 stars because it doesn’t glide on like I want it to. I’ve waxed my pits and legs many times with this and it works but creating the lip at the end to pull should be easier than what this wax does. It tends to get stringy and pain in the ass. It takes about 3 times to finally get it down.As a beginner- definitely good kit.

Loved this wax pot, the wax itself wasn't the best thing but I did end up using it to see how well it worked, and it did work well just not to my liking. It was too rough for my sensitive skin and did not like how it was pulling on my skin, the wax that came with this pot was ripping off my skin rather than my hairs so I changed wax and I recommend VENNCO aloe vera wax beads, that one is perfect for all around the body and it does not irritate your skin or leave wax bumps, I used to have a wax girly that would use this wax brand, blue colored, on my bikini area and the irritation and wax bumps were there, and man that was so painful. So I stopped going to her and bought myself this pot along with VENNCO wax beads, as I was waxing my bikini area the VENNCO wax was not irritating my skin and was pulling out all of the hair really well, so now I just recommend any wax pot but mainly VENNCO brand wax beads! I just sponsored VENNCO at this point but I recommend this with this pot.

With my experience after using this warmer three times so far, it melts the wax just fine and pretty quickly, but it does not keep temperature unless it is all the way turned up. it is either scolding hot when put on the melting temp or pretty much off if turned any lower than that and will start to cool the wax completely if you don’t rotate between turning the light on and off. The recommended “holding temperature” solidifies the wax. Basically if the heating light isn’t on, consider it off and definitely not maintaining temperature. If you are just interested to see if you can handle doing your waxes yourself and have the money to spare, this is a great trial product… but I would not recommend it if you plan on using it indefinitely. Definitely just a beginner/trial product before investing in higher quality tools!also, it comes with enough wax beads to do maybe two legs if you are smaller and have fine hair. I have already used all of the packets after three uses so you will definitely need to order more to get a full wax job done! you will also need to make sure you have baby powder on hand to use. it comes with a pre & post spray though.

As someone who has pcos, this is a great wax melter for beginners trying to learn. super easy to use, and multiple packs of wax beads for different purposes.
