Perfect for a project I had. I am hinging two shallow trays together to create a shallow box. Painted black, these will slide under a tv and not be very noticeable, but it is good storage for some small things or papers etc. The hinges seem sturdy and will do the trick.

Nice little lightweight stainless steel hinges for small boxes and light duty projects. Nice to see stainless steel screws included although they're a little large to fit flush as they should. These hinges are drilled for a countersink but look more appropriate for a #6 screw and looks to have come with #8. (See my close up picture)They're not what you would call a high quality finish, but they are stainless steel and at a great price for smaller projects.At $12 bucks for 20 stainless hinges with screws they're .60 cents a piece. Hard not to recommend that as long as you know what you're getting.

For something like hinges I really do not need to bells and whistles of packaging so that was a plus to me. The package contained hinges and screws. Each in their own little plastic bag.The hinges feel solid with little to no side to side jingle. I did a scratch test and there is no apparent damage. I dared not take a blade out it to test so you can take that info as a minimum. They look very well made with a nice metallic matte sheen.What I have planned for these is still in the planning process but they will be outdoors for a planters box. Door will be along the lines of a chicken coop door. I live next to the ocean so corrosion is a real issue here. Definitely I’ll need to update this review after some time to say how they have been doing with the salt air.

Decent hinges for the money, but paint flakes pretty easily. Other than that, it's a hinge. Not great, just okay.

I have a lot of projects going at once, and one way I like to keep everything properly organized is to make boxes that properly enclose the parts. These hinges are a good option for me, as they work just fine, while being cheap and a large quantity. I will say, that the chamfers for the countersunk screws are a little shallow, so I have to dill a little more out of the box wood to make sure they sit flat. Other than that, they looks good, very low profile, and I don't expect I'll have any longevity issues, as I only use them inside, but I wouldn't doubt they would last outside as well.
