This chair is super sturdy and looks very clean. This product is worth the price. It is very easy to assemble. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This chair is just okay. It has some great points, but also some seriously stupid design flaws.Pros.1. Cushion bottom vs mesh. While I'd still like this cushion to be a bit softer, it's much better than sitting on mesh.2. Tilt adjustment. This is an area very few chairs get right. The ability to adjust the actual tension on the seat is excellent, many chairs have this function, but few of them do a good job of it. I bounce back and forth between the full lock setting and the open setting with tension, both of them serve me differently depending on what I'm doing (lounging vs upright and postural sitting) this is a definite win for this chair.3. Feels decently well made. While it's all plastic, it really doesn't matter. I'm a healthy, fit human, so I don't need my chairs to be built like a battleship. It does exactly what it needs to do. It has a surprising amount of weight and the controls feel quality. It's not rickety or cheap feeling.4. I don't really think any chair is ever difficult to assemble, but this chair required a 20 second look at the instructions and that was it. Very simple.Cons.1. The dealbreaker for this chair for me is the horribly implemented lumbar support. Just looking at a photo of this chair is going to lead a person to think it may be an issue. It looks like it was attached in order to check a box, and in reality, it's worse than that. It's a hard piece of plastic that digs right into your back. No cushion or pad, just a hard edge.2. The seat depth adjustment doesn't move far enough forward for me and I feel like I'm sitting on the chair instead of relaxing into it.And worse than that, if I move the lumbar support all the way down so it's less impactful on my back, then lean back into the chair, the guide mechanism that holds the lumbar support then sticks into my back by itself, given that this piece isn't intended to touch you, the shape feels nothing less than aggressive. I can only imagine how this would feel for someone heavier than I am.While the chair is well made, the lumbar support is a dealbreaker, I can't relax and allow my weight to fall into the chair without being stabbed in the spine by a cheap plastic object. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning it.Most things about this chair are more than adequate, but being in pain while seated is not gonna fly for me. If this were fixed, I'd up my review to a 4.5.Soften the cushion a little bit and it would be a 5.
