Why did you pick this product vs others?:its a fairly new type of ebike, a dual motorBuild quality:the evolution of bicycle engineering is done with a quality components eficient it not hard its just heavy the battery and the big electric motors otherwise is iseasySmooth ride:well the size 26 is liike my 29 mountain bike i am 6 feet 230 lbs and the exceleration can kick up gravel its going to wear these tires out.Functionality:i live at the foot of the steepest mountains in the rockies pikes peak and the hydraulic disk brakes are the best system for this vehicleBattery life:no worries the mfg is samsung so it is what it is. Comfort:bike will not set in the rack on the transit bus bike holder but it will fit in the luggage compartment of a bus liner ie greyhound

This bike is incredible. I use it to get to work every single nice day I get instead of driving my Dodge Ram. It’s so much fun and had way more than enough power to satisfy my need for speed. I got it up to 60mph lol. This bike brought me back to life after getting my other bike stolen 3 years ago. I have been researching for e-bikes since then and ended up getting this one. Best purchase I made in a long time. I traveled 385 miles already on it.

This review is for the 3000 W peak full suspension 26” bike. Pretty easy to assemble with decent instructions and all the parts. I’m over 200 pounds and I can get this thing up to 37 miles an hour on flat ground. Can push me up the steepest San Francisco hills at about 15 to 20 mph. Super quick acceleration and a ton of power when fully charged. Performs great on the beach and can push you through the dry sand and dunes to get to the wet stuff. I completely submerged this thing underwater one time with no issues. Pretty much want to recharge after a 20 mile ride if using a lot of power. I need to give that a full test at some point. But this thing is a blast! I’ve been riding it for several months with no real issues. My only complaints are that the hand grips twist a little and my toes will occasionally hit the front tire as I’m peddling if I’m turning, but I have big feet so maybe that’s just my problem. I’m thinking about buying the new 5000 W peak as well so I can ride with friends. I’m very happy with this bike. Highly recommend! Hopefully it lasts.

I would like to express my appreciation for the customer support I received with an initial error code on the LED display. As with any product, there is a potential to have an issue and this is where the customer support will make or break the customer experience. I can say I was really impressed with the communication with Tina in getting the issue resolved. The tech support immediately shipped a new part that was easily replaced and the error code was resolved. I am very happy with the product and customer support. I am confident with the Ebycco Bike and their customer support.

This bike is absolutely impeccable. It is everything I was looking for. I just got and rode it. It is absolutely amazing.

Alright, this bike went through Christmas heck getting here. For a bit it looked lost. But after it finally arrived, I put it together, and the bike was pretty much perfectly tuned right out of the box. I road tested about 6 other bikes local to where I live in FL. None of them geared as smooth, accelerated or coasted as well or went as fast. I’m looking forward to giving it a longer road test but so far, it is pretty good.+4 stars for dual motors, latest tech/interface, cargo rack, kickstand (some bikes you even have to buy the kickstand separate), hydraulic brakes, affordable price point, full suspension with lockable forks, headlight, brake light, phone rack/charger and everything nicely tied into the onboard battery. There are even bolts properly placed for a drink bottle cradle.-1 stars for inability to contact company directly, a stripped bolt bore in the front fork for the hub guard and uncentered hardware placement on the fenders.At this price point, with the complete accessory package included, it’s a great bike.

Very fast and a lot of fun

I purchased 2, one for my wife and one for me. We both love the bikes. Super smooth controls, brakes, suspension. I live off of a 2 track road and it is a rough road but the bike takes the bumps better than my pickup. As for the power, I added a trailer (see picture) to mine to pull my aging 72lb dog. I could not even tell I was pulling anything and at times I forgot about my pup behind me in the trailer. I weigh 215lbs, the trailer 30lbs and my pup 72lbs for a grand total of 317lbs and after a 20 mile bike ride, the battery only used 30% on a 34 degree day. On the way back home I was on PA 3 and 4 most of the time so I was not trying to conserve the battery.The build is very solid and nothing on it seems cheap. On the contrary, it seems like a more expensive bike.It took me about 30 minutes to assemble each bike. The video instructions were easy to follow; I had zero issues assembling the bikes. One of the bikes had a broken controller so I emailed the vendor of the issue and within an hour or two they responded and said they were shipping a new one out. They included video instructions in the email and it took me 3 minutes to install the new one.So far I couldn't be happier with the bikes. My wife and I plan on doing some rail trails and bike-packing this summer and the fat tires and solid build should be perfect.
