Spartan Live Milk Kefir Grains - Organic Probiotic Starter Culture (5G) - Reusable, Non-GMO, Easy to Make Homemade Kefir

I was expecting a small amount since it was low-priced, but I didn’t mind because other reviews said the grains were very active. To my surprise, I received more than expected, around 3/4 tablespoon. They look healthy, but I’m still following the activation instructions provided in the package. I’ll update my review after using them for a while.

They are healthy. They made a good kefir in the first batch. Often they won't do that because of shipping. It seemed like a small amount and the grains where mostly small ones. None the less, they are working good and growing. I've only had them a couple of weeks and they have almost doubled the amount. Good price too.

I am making kefir for the first time. It was very easy and more delicious than the ones in the market. They answered my questions quickly.
